Police search for robber who has targeted stores on Chicago’s North Side

CHICAGO (CBS) — Police on Thursday issued a community alert about a string of armed robberies inside small stores last month on the city’s North Side.
In each incident, someone walked into a store, approached the victims, and demanded money. The robber appears to be holding a gun in his jacket, police said.
The robberies happened at the following times and locations:
The robber was a man wearing black pants, a black coat, and on several occasions, a light blue knit cap.
Police have released surveillance video.
