    Description

"General Robert E. Lee Civil War Collector Tankard."
This fine porcelain tankard was manufactured in 2001 for the Civil War Library and Museum by the
    Franklin Mint.
It features the work of famed artist John Paul Strain. The tankard features a compelling portrait of General Robert E. Lee at Williamsport Crossing June 25, 1863 . Incorporated into the design is a cartouche with a description of Lee's historic advance into Maryland. The cast metal lid is plated in nickel and bears a sculpted portrait of Lee. There is no certificate of authenticity or tags. The tankard has no chips, cracks, or crazing.
